Travelling by rail
There is a frequent rail service between London and Cambridge (King's Cross and Liverpool Street) and good cross country links.
The Whittle Laboratory is situated on the west side of Cambridge, and a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the Railway Station. If you wish to have some exercise, you can catch a bus to the Bus Station on Drummer Street. From there, the Laboratory is about 30 minutes walk. If you get lost, ask for directions to the West Cambridge Site where you will find the Cavendish Laboratory the William Gates building and the Vetenary School. The Whittle Laboratory is the first building on the left hand side as you enter the site.
