Tawfique was a Fellow of the Nanomaterials and
Spectroscopy Group of the Engineering Department. He is a Fellow of
Churchill College and is a University Lecturer in Electronic Materials
and Devices.
Tawfique now is Reader in Nanomaterials Engineering at the Cambridge Graphene Centre. You can find more about his group and research
