Dr Andrés Rafael Botello Mendez
was a Research Associate in the Cambridge Graphene Centre and the Engineering Department of Cambridge University.
He was in the Nanomaterials and Spectroscopy Group in the Electrical Engineering Division. After leaving Cambridge Graphene Centre in 2017, he became an Assistant Professor - Investigador Titular A -
at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México (Instituto de Física).
