Dr. Shunpu Li

Dr. Shunpu Li is a Marie-Curie research fellow in the Electrical Engineering Division. He received his PhD in physics from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and has worked in research teams in both industry and university settings. He has worked as a Research Associate at Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambrige and the Laboratory of Microstructure and Microelectronic, CNRS. Subsequently, he took several industry positions in Epson Cambridge Research Laboratory, Cambridge Display Technology, and Tyndall National Institute. During the last 15 years, his R&D activities have been focused on organic electronic devices and circuits, organic photovoltaics and light emmiting devices, nano/micro fabrication technology development, magnetic materials and spintronics etc. He is named on 29 patent filings and has published over 60 papers in peer reviewed journals.

His main research areas are:

  • Printed electronics
  • Semiconductor device/physics (TFT, Solar cell, LED)
  • Micro/nano fabrication
  • Magnetism/spintronics
