The picture shows the Williams FW-15 driven by Damon Hill at the 1993 Portuguese Grand Prix. In 1992 and 1993 the Williams team easily won the driver's and constructor's world championship in a car which employed active suspension. The Cambridge control group has an ongoing research interest in active suspension control and began a relationship with Williams in 1991.
