Overview
This is a set of Instructor Resources supplied by Tom Ridgeman from the Institute for Manufacturing at Cambridge University. Tom gives this lecture on Project Management to Second Year students in the Cambridge University Engineering Department just before they embark on their Multidisciplinary Design Project (MDP).
Supplied here is a powerpoint presentation that Tom uses, and the lecture notes to go with them. The project management lecture notes are designed to be printed out and can be bound to produce a booklet allowing a lecturer to customise the presentation for his/her own use. An audio version of the lecture is also supplied for anyone who would like to hear how Tom gives the lecture himself.
This resource addresses the needs of section 4.3.4 of the CDIO syllabus.
