The 7th International Thin-Film Transistor Conference, to be held on 3rd -4th March 2011 at Clare College, Cambridge, United Kingdom.
ITC 2011 will focus on “Novel Materials, Processing and Device-Circuit Integration”, covering the following topics:
The Conference is now on.
- TFT materials: preparation technologies and film properties (Si-related, oxide and organic and semiconductors, CNTs and related materials).
- TFT Technologies: fabrication processes (low temperature crystallization, doping, surface treatment), device physics and simulation of TFTs.
- Thin-Film Integrated Systems and Circuits: system-on-panels, thin-film devices (sensors, actuators, etc.), driver circuits and chip-embedded systems.
- Novel TFT Technologies: novel devices and materials, and new applications such as electronic papers.
- NanoICT Special Session on carbon nanotubes and related materials
There will be contributions by delegates from the industry/academic/research institutions in the UK/EU/Asia/North America, including 17 invited talks, 29 regular contributed talks and 78 posters.
This will be a perfect occasion to learn about the latest advancements in TFTs from the top speakers in the field. ITC 2011 aims to provide an informative and informal environment for attendees to exchange their newest research findings and share their recent experience in their various fields.
