Dr Andrea Mina joined the Centre for Business Research in September 2007 as a Senior Research Fellow. Prior to this appointment he worked at the Centre for Research on Innovation and Competition (CRIC) of the University of Manchester. His research has focussed on the problem of technical, organisational and institutional change. It has been funded by the UK Economic and Social Research Council, the Medical Research Council, the Department of Trade and Industry and the European Commission. Andrea has also been involved in the teaching of Innovation Economics and Management at the University of Manchester and is a regular contributor to the CORIPE Masters in Health Economics of the University of Turin.
He is a member of the International Schumpeter Society, member of the Research Professional Group of the British Design Council and referees for the journals Economics of Innovation and New Technology, Research Evaluation and Science and Public Policy.Research Interests
