Yupar joined CfEL in 2003 as a Programme Manager, she is currently involved in the management of Ignite (prviously Summer School) and the Centre’s research activities. She completed her MBA at the Judge Institute in 2002, where for her dissertation, she undertook an analysis of the critical success factors for hi-tech companies in the Cambridge Cluster. Yupar has four years successful business development and entrepreneurship experience in South East Asia. Her research interests include social capital, entrepreneurial venture creation, business development, entrepreneurial training and education. Yupar has had articles published in the International Journal of Project Management and the Journal of Strategic Change. Her recent publication on "Social capital of Cambridge cluster" has been awarded "a Citation of Excellence 2005" as one of top 50 to be picked from the pool of 15,000 management papers by Emerald Management Reviews.
